Implementation bleeding ?

Hi Moms and Moms to be. I took Clomid (1 tablet a day for 10 days). AF was supposed to start on the 25th but it didn’t come. Did a blood test on the 27th but it was negative. My period was 6days late yesterday, did a urine test, negative , then later in the evening I started spotting. Today, 20 dpo (7days late) I’m still spotting and still testing negative. Could it be that I’m having implantation bleeding? Clomid probably delayed my ovulation?? Please I’m going crazy. This was the most blood that I saw today.
