What’s going on?

Last period July 15th. 
I should be around 6wk5d 
This is my ultrasound with a VERY SMALL sac, but no baby visible. 
Doc says it could be too soon, but how do others see something in the sac at 5 weeks & im damn near 7???

I’m 8wks4days now but my first ultrasound I thought I was 6wks4days I was only reading 5wks4days there was only a gestational sac I was super nervous my doctor did repeat ultrasound the following week and I was measuring 6wks4days they seen a yolk sac and baby with a hb of 120 went back 10 days later and was measuring 8wks exactly! Saw baby and hb was 163!!! My doctor told me DONT PANIC!!! So I tried not to but honestly everything was fine❤️ remember try not to stress. Congratulations!😊

I literally just went through this 3 weeks ago. They saw a possibly gestational sack, I had to come back 2 weeks later and they did finally see the gestational sack and yolk sack with a little baby. I must’ve ovulated wayyy later then I thought. It happens try not to let it get to you (easier said them done).

This was at 5 weeks 6 days when I thought I was 6 weeks 4 days so you might just need earlier than you think!

I was 6+4 and she was able to hide in my uterus so it could be that they are hiding in the far side of your uterus or you’re earlier than you thought. But she went from being on screen to hiding and this is all we got did catch a heart beat until she moved nothing we could catch enough to measure properly. This was my first baby.

TMI Update : so I got that ultrasound august 31.
I noticed light pink spotting aug 30 . 
Still bleeding today and it’s getting darker and heavier (IF SPOTTING CAN GET HEAVIER lol) because it’s still not enough to cover a pad or a panty liner ! But my cramps are consistent with period cramps especially at night . 
Here’s a TMI pic of the bleeding I’m seeing now & again when I wipe . Usually, AFTER I pee. 
Because when I wipe before I pee, nothing.

Honestly looks like old blood mixed with some new to me. No clots as of yet . And I probably won’t see it like this again until tonight/tomorrow morning as I just woke up . 
After wiping again just now, nothing . 
Like why is this so stressful 😭

I can see heart beats at 6 weeks, but you just may not be that far along yet or their equipment is outdated. They can still hide that early especially if they implant in the back of your uterus.

And was it transvaginal or abdominal?

That is not really a good ultrasound picture view either because it’s Mostly of your pelvis not your uterine cavity. Maybe the ultrasound tech didn’t know what she was doing?
