Pregnant, Period or Miscarrying?

According to the app I started my period on the correct day, but my period has been completely different than any other, I am not on birth control and wouldn’t have known if I was pregnant because I did not take a test. I wear a cup and notice there was fluid on top of the blood, I also noticed small clots or tissue and slime like blood, I’m ok say 3 and it’s still the same except today I got really sick out of nowhere dizzy, nauseous, cramping all over and wanted to throw up my water which tasted funny. I also had a bigger size piece of tissue or maybe clot come out not huge but bigger than the rest. It seems like it’s tissues as I can’t spread it like a blood clot. I am not sure what to do, maybe it’s just a abnormal period I have been under a lot of stress. Help!
