Tw: traumatic miscarriage story & questions

Hello. I am currently in the ER from miscarrying.

I was supposed to be 12 weeks 2 days but this morning I woke up and was having brown discharge every time I wiped and it was tinged with red so I got concerned and called my OB office. They scheduled me to come in at 4pm. I went to the appointment and on the way there I had started having light period cramps and it was confirmed that my baby stopped growing around 9 weeks 3 days. I said I wanted to think about my options and left to go home. I actually left the office around 5:30 and from 5:30 to the time I got home at 6:30 I was having severe cramping. When I got home I fed my daughter and laid down. At 7:30 I felt a weird feeling and all of a sudden just gushed out blood. I ran to sit on the toilet and immediately passed lots of clots and blood. I called my mother in law to come because I started to get concerned about the amount of bleeding and clots/clot sizes. By 10:30 she took me to the ER. They had to wheel me in because I felt so weak and dizzy. As I was sitting there waiting for a room I passed out ! Next thing I know I am in a room with people doing all kinds of tests. As of right now I do not need a blood transfusion, they are seeing if I need a d&c and they are monitoring me for time being. I am so traumatized from this experience. Has anyone else gone through anything similar? I have only one living child and 4 losses. This one was the worst one and I am honestly kind of afraid to try again. Can anyone give me any of their stories ?
