Did you tell your family you were TTC?

Hey all!
My wife and I have just started our journey of TTC -we had originally thought we wouldn’t tell our family until we were pregnant so that we could surprise them, but now we are having second thoughts.
What did you all do? Did you tell them when you started the journey or are you waiting until you fall pregnant to tell them?

I personally don’t like the pressure of everyone knowing and then asking 21 questions on if it’s worked yet and so on. Both times we were TTC we kept to ourselves and told everyone once we were pregnant. There was definitely times I’d want to tell my sister as we’re close, but I wouldn’t go back and change it.

We did tell our family with our first try. And all of our family got super excited we were trying. And when it didn't take it felt like we let everyone down. So we haven't told anyone we've tried 3x since then. But that is just our experience it could go completely different for you guys!!
