Cd 56 light brownish/pink spotting. Pcos

I have pcos and have been ttc for 5 years and I've had semi normal periods this year due to losing 20lbs. I woke up and wiped and had spotting. Took a shower and when I wiped again nothing. On my way to work I was cramping a bit but I thought maybe it was because I was going to work or pants too tight. My right breast has shooting pains 2 days ago
