I'm a kindergarten teacher and I would just like to know if this is how it should be or not allowed / wrong...

I have trouble with my knee so to sit on my knees or cross my legs on the carpet really hurts like hell... !! So there are times when I sit on the chair (not always) I do try the best I can.

I get told every time what to do and how to do things by the other teachers that are helping out in the class like Teacher Assistants. BUT the thing is they never help me with things I ask them to do.. I get told I'm too loud, then I'm too quiet, then how to sit amd how to stand. I can't play this game or can't play that game. I'm not even allowed to show the kids video's anymore?! Apparently the pare ts complain about it 😐🤔😶 why don't they communicate with me as I'm also a teacher and need to know these things.

By the way.... it's 3 year olds I teach (try to teach) they still on diapers and bottles. It's very difficult to control all of them by myself and still getting told off by the teachers that don't do a thing to help and still try concentrate on my knee and teaching.

How and what do I do about this????

It's getting too much.

Ps... the kids and teachers don't understand me and don't communicate with me as it's a different country so the Language barrier is tough!

I even got told that I'm a bad teacher because the things I teach is not good yet I get it from the school to teach!! Example...... Plural and singular. How many times I've tried to explain the difference and still no understanding 😕

I get told I'm a bad teacher because I gotta control so many kids, do my work and still other teachers work! How does this work.......

Teach... feed... diaper changes.. play... I do it all and still I get told I'm bad when all I'm doing is the best I can. I have 2 arms and 2 legs. How can I do this myself.
