I feel like CRAP

I feel like literal shit. I didn’t even feel this bad when I had COVID. One moment I feel like I’m going to have diarrhea of a LIFETIME and when I go to the bathroom, not a single thing happens. I feel like I’m going to upchuck everything I ate that day, run to the bathroom and nothing happens. I hate thissssssss
