How many cm dilated are you September mommas? I’m 2 cm but last time I progressed to 4 cm without contractions so I don’t even understand this thing

With my first I was 4cm for 3 weeks and no contractions until my water broke at 39+6.
With my second I was 8cm with no contractions at 39+6. 
This time I'm not having them check unless I go over. Haha 39 today!
