Failed IUI; Need Opinions Plz

Question for all;

I just had a failed IUI. I found out my test was negative on the 30th. After researching with my mom, we found out it was a bad vial the sperm bank sent. Under health codes it was considered infertile but the labs didn’t inform me. They used an IVF/ICSI vial for an IUI. The clinic told me it didn’t matter what I used. They swear they didn’t know that and apologized and that they just work with what they are given by the bank. That they trust the bank to do their job and provide them with a good sample. I called the bank and read them the final wash report when I finally got it from the clinic. They said they will replace the vial for free with an IUI vial. Would you consider that a fair settlement? Or would you negotiate further?? I spent like over 4K for a dud procedure 🤬
