2 days old not hungry

My son is only 2 days old. Last night was our first night home and he hasn’t eaten in almost 7 hours. He won’t take my boob. He was crying a lot almost like his tummy hurt. Should I call the hospital?

**Update: I called the hospital and they weren’t super concerned. She said it could be because he was circumcised right before we left and sometimes it makes them tired. She also said it could be because he was cluster feeding right before then. She suggested I pump and put some colostrum in a syringe and feed him that way right now so I did that and he took it so he has some food in him right now. She also said to just mention it when I call the pediatrician tomorrow to make his first appointment and hopefully they can get me in same day.
