Lower belly cramping pain? Contractions?

Ok so I woke up today with a pain that comes and goes I get cramping in my lower belly it goes away and a couple of times has stopped me from moving. Also been feeling as if I have to take the biggest poop! Sorry a little tmi but ugh what is it are they just Braxton hicks? Or real contractions?  Does this mean labor is near? Btw my due date is tomorrow.

Try timing them- if they are coming at regular intervals they could be early contractions! 👍🏼

I've been having that too for the past week or so. Today it's been slightly more intense; but most important thing is to pay attention to the intensity and frequency. All of my midwives tell me "you'll know" when they are
Real contractions: they will stop you in your tracks, you'll become more irritable and they less tolerable. But if it quickly dissipates after you changed your activity it's more than likely BH. Good luck!!

I had this exact thing happen to me a 6 hours before he was born. The pain and need to "poo" feeling.I thought it could be false labor so I waited 2 hours before going in, I took a warm  bath, and walked around a bit but I couldn't handle it. Sure enough I went in  3-4 cm dilated around 7, but super uncomfortable at this point,and doc told me it was labor . Got my epidural 5 hours later I was ready to push!  I say if they get too uncomfortable or change of activity does not stop them go! At  least to get checked!  Better safe then sorry you never know when it's time! Congrats & good luck! ❤

You just have to see if the pattern gets more and more intense, with the contractions getting longer and closer together. Could be real or false labor. I have been having on and off menstraul like cramps for the last couple days, but it doesn't progress. Whatever you're having, I'm sure it means things are progressing though!
