I need want some ideas . So I Woke up at 3:30am yesterday found out I was having contractions every 2-3 mins and was 4cm they sent me home from the doctors and my contractions stopped being so intensed I don’t know what to do to help with dialation since I am still having the contractions just not strong enough … I have been walking and going up and down steps and still nothing … any ideas?
