i am now 15 weeks pregnant, around 1 pm me and my fiancé were having sex and he came inside of me so i got up to clean up and i wiped myself and on the toilet paper it was stringy dark brown on the paper it was only a little bit.. so now it’s 6 pm and i am not bleeding at all i only have slight cramps which i’ve been having for a week now.. i have appointment tomorrow, thinking of asking if they can check the heartbeat. any advice on what you ladies think this might be or if im over reacting? my first pregnancy so im very very scared and anxious about having miscarriages 😔
