I fill them to the line 🤷🏻‍♀️ if you freeze a lot of milk bags add up quick. The milk stays good if thawed in the fridge for 24 hours so it’s not like it will be wasted.

2-3oz increments because bottles shouldn’t be bigger than 4oz. And they freeze and defrost easier!

I did different sizes based on my production and his eating needs. 3oz was the easiest for me since it could be a snack or 2 could be a meal.

Whatever I pumped over that day was generally divided up into bags of 6-ish ounces. It could be more or less, though, depending on how much baby ate. I never pumped more than 40 ounces in a day when giving her full feedings, though.
