Nipple discharge

Have any of you had nipple discharge and been pregnant? My period is over a week late, I’m in pain everywhere, really bad cramps, my breasts hurt a lot(mostly from the one I fed my son from!), I have a son who i breastfed for 2 years so I know the feeling and it just reminds me so much of that.

My nipple discharge was really weird, I had a thought, “I‘ll test to see if I have any milk coming through” so I squeezed and I got a blob of yellow discharge. Nothing since though.

All pregnancy tests have been negative, all red dye, tried first response, negative. I’m getting incredibly stressed, I feel pregnant and I keep having this hope in my mind although every test is negative 😔
