'Man power' issues in the bedroom

Hi all, does your man ever struggle to keep things up and powered during fertile week? Mine never has an issue any other time but does by the end of every fertile week. Iv tried all the usual, dressing up, having fun, romance, keeping him happy (if you know what I mean!) but we are having to give up or he turns to open to finish otherwise we end up in a marathon session and I can't take that 4-5 days in a row!
