Diagnosed with Ovarian cyst after 3 months missed period

Hi everyone I want to know if have any info on what to expect as I'm a little worried.

I haven't had my period for 3 months straight. Me and my partner have been trying around 6 months with no luck.

Over the past month and a half, The gp did the 2nd day blood test which came back normal and She referred me for an ultrasound scan.

Today I got the results from my scan and she said I have 2 cysts on my right ovary and 1 on my left.

My gp said Gyne will book another scan in 8 weeks. If they find I'm not pregnant they will give me meds to induce period.

What is that med she didn't say.

What can I do to help myself in the meantime?

Why am I not get my period?

Kinda low and urgh I go gym I eat well I take my vitamins.
