Please help 😭😭😭

How do I get my doctor to hear me when I’m saying how much pain I’m in with my pregnancies… and started very early with this one. They don’t take me seriously and I swear I have SPD or PGP… and this time when I brought it up she didn’t care about my pain just told me to not gain anymore weight… yeah okay lady I was hurting before I gained any weight with my bump… idk what to do besides being mean to them and forcing them to listen but that’s just so hard for me to do. Please help 😭😭😭
