5 weeks no symptoms

Hi,

I had 2 miscarriages this year and I’m currently 5 weeks 1 day with a new pregnancy. I’m on progesterone this time around hoping that works. Problem is I don’t have any symptoms this time around. The first two times I would feel a wave of cramping off and on throughout the day and extremely sore boobs. This time I have no cramping whatsoever and only mildly sore boobs on one side. Wondering if everyone has cramping or if sometimes there is none?
