Spotting 6 weeks 3 days

So I'm 6 weeks 3 days and I started spotting last night I had the chill but I swore I was sweating.. took my temp and no fever.. my shoulder started hurting and on and off cramps. Spotting when I wipe.. I've never had spotting with my previous 6 pregnancies . I'm worried but I don't wanna freak out. But should I go to the ER?
