We ordered our food for a certain time not being at home. The door dasher delivered our food way early at the wrong house and they didn’t even send us a notification of it being delivered they just sent a picture of the food at the house. We called her and texted her and she never replied. We texted her again and she replied: “it’s not my fault the numbers on the house are not on the house” which they are and it’s hard to see sometimes we understand. But she was really rude and unprofessional about it and didn’t even call to make sure she delivered it to the right house. We’ve never had an issue like this before and especially with anyone else delivering our food. We usually if not always tip a good tip.
