Is this a miscarriage??

Hello, I’ve never experience this and i don’t know if this could be a miscarriage or not. I was off BC for about a year or so. I got back on it because i didn’t want anymore periods the cramping sucked for me. So i went back in the shot. I’ve been on the shot for maybe like a little over a month ago. I never get periods or any of that sort on this BC. About 4 days i randomly spotted i was like that doesn’t seem right.? But i thought maybe it’s nothing, than i ended up with covid the next day 🤧😷😐, but spotted was here and there like not

Consistent. A few times it was kind of a lot but not enough for a heavy pad just a light pantyliner. It would come and go and i have horrible cramping lower back pain. I didn’t think anything of it cause i am sick with covid. It stopped yesterday, but than this afternoon i felt like i had to go to the bathroom really badly and this just fell out of me.? :/ what does it look like to you.?
