Cramping when standing?

Is it normal to feel period-like cramps every time you stand up? I’m around 5 weeks pregnant. Also have very minimal brownish discharge.

Same I am 5W,3days! I have been having period like cramps since ten days with dark brown spotting. I told my Ob gyn and she has put me on progesterone 400 mg for ten days. Plus prog injections once a week. 
I am scared to death as this is my first. Too much stressed and sad. Feel like periods will come any time☹️☹️

I wonder if what you’re having is ligament pain.
As for the spotting- Bleeding is never normal.
