Child doesn’t cooperate

I need advice, tips, book recommendations, ig recommendations, whatever because I’m getting so tired of everyday fighting with my 3 year old daughter. Literally everything is screaming and crying with her. Changing her outfit, brushing her teeth, getting her to her room for bedtime, getting her out the door, just everything. I try to be patient with her but it gets frustrating when I have something to do or need to get somewhere and she’s running away or screaming and crying when trying to put a shirt on her or something. I thought this would be something she’d outgrow but it’s honestly been a couple months like this. She’s my first kid so idk how to parent. I just know I don’t want to make her cooperate out of fear.
