Round Ligament Pain

Anybody else have constant round ligament pain? Mine is in my left side and is constant dull ache. I’m thinking it’s because I’m on PIO shots which makes my hips extremely sore and my left side is always the worst so I’m not moving my body the correct way. I’m only 6 weeks and 3 days. Anybody have any tips or tricks?
