Nervous I may be pregnant

I'm going to be 5 days late tomorrow. When my periods are regular and without any contraception I'm never late or have missing periods. My youngest son is 2 and a half and I have 4 other boys (ma sha Allah). I have Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS...Due to that and finding my 4 and 2yr olds incredibly difficult,we decided to hang fire on deciding whether to try for baby number 6 until the youngest starts school. We had a slip up last month, I thought it was the day before the peak period began so we didn't use anything, as I realised I was 3 days late (yesterday) I checked the app and we were actually intimate the very day before ovulation. I'm too scared to take a test. I dunno what the point of this post is, just getting it off my chest I suppose. I'm too exhausted to even think about being disabled and going through my 6th pregnancy at age 39. Someone tell me my period is on the way 😅
