First blood draw 2 days ago was 21, my tests haven't gotten significantly darker. Is it safe to assume my second blood draw will be lower than 21?

UPDATE: my second beta results showed that my levels dropped to an 18. I've been having tons of cramping.

Line darkness doesn't indicate anything. None of my tests were darker than earlier ones. They were all about the same or lighter. I'm 39 +1 weeks now. Means nothing!
