Sexual Dysfunction

My husband and I are facing a new challenge. We have been TTC and unfortunately my partner is facing issues with remaining erect and ejaculation ( he goes from hard to soft while doing BD without ejaculation). This has never happened before and was quite a surprise for us. We have been trying multiple times but no luck.

Please help as I am in peak fertility and we don't want to miss the chance.

This is breaking my heart. Could it be mental blockers. How can I help. We are both in early 30s .
