I need help!!! Answers???

Hello. I am experiencing a lil pressure in my lower abdomen on the left when I walk, pee, and do the #2 and it’s been going on for the last 3 days. Sometimes I have the urge to pass gas but nothing comes out. It’s sorta like a constipation feeling but I’m not constipated. Even when I sit or stand I can feel in my behind like stool is getting pushed back up (not constipated I can still do #2) it’s hard to explain. Anyone know what it could be? Both of my OBGYN are on an emergency call and I did speak with a nurse but she only advised me to come in Monday 😒 what should I do?
