Normal after IUD removal?

Question

I got the Liletta iud in 16 months ago 5 weeks after my c section. I did hemorrhage in c section and after c section. I also have endometriosis so my normal periods are a but heavy. I got the iud out on Tuesday and it's Friday now. Today I stood up and felt 3 huge clots pass and I immediately got scared. I bled yesterday with clotting but not this much blood or clotting and the bleeding had subsided until today.

I never had any bleeding after I had my copper IUD removed but I was told that I would. I would contact your doctor if you’re concerned! Probably shouldn’t be clotting that much

probably a change in hormones triggered a period but I'm obviously not a doctor. I'd contact your ob/gyn
