How did you get over the hurt of being cheated on? How did you guys make it work?

I made it work by leaving him and never speaking again.

I packed my shit and left. Him getting arrested in a prostitution sting made me realize the horrible human he really was.

I stayed, because I was 6 weeks away from giving birth. Now, almost 6 years later, we are divorced and I have moved on. He kept cheating as I suspected he would. Should have moved on far sooner.

You never really get over being hurt, and you don't ever fully trust them again. You do what you can to make sure it isn't happening anymore and try to be happy with that, but it will still mess with you.

I didn't. I stayed for 3 more years, only to cheated on again & again, finally I loved him so much, but now that I'm gone, everyone I see tells me how happy I look & I'm always smiling. I love myself more now.
