I’ve learned that pregnancy cramping is different for everyone, someone women have little to no cramps some women have strong ones some women have Light cramps. It’s all in how your body responds to the pregnancy, as long as you’re not bleeding or spotting you’re ok! 
Don’t listen to these people saying it’s not normal it is, your uterus is stretching and going through changes right now!
For me I had intense cramps from week 4-5 and then they settled down and now I only get light ones every couple of days here and there.

Cramping is fine as long as you're not bleeding.

Yes as your uterus is prepping to grow and make room for the baby some have it more than others and some have it less or not at all every person and pregnancy is different if it's not committed by bright red bleeding you should be perfectly safe Happy and healthy 9 months 💕🤞🏼
