8 weeks and high hcg

Hello,

This pregnant has been way different from my other 3 pregnancies. I had a miscarriage is May and got pregnant in July. This pregnancy I’ve had spotting when I wiped twice and painful cramping. The doctor wanted to do a quantitative hcg test to see if I was having a miscarriage. Come to find out my levels are actually beyond what they should be at 8 weeks and they moved my appointment up.

My hcg levels at 8 weeks: 186,908..

I’m wondering if it’s twins or I’m further along that I thought??
