Sick before BFP?

Has anyone gotten the flu or body aches/fever before their BFP? Today I have the feeling of just being hot and gross (sickly) and These past couple days since 7 DPO my breasts have been SO sore and migraines almost everyday. I don’t want to test until AF gets here which is in about 3 days. I’m also having some weird tender stomach issues but this could all simply be PMS. Need some insight and stories please!
