I had a very traumatic ectopic pregnancy back in May 2020, and then a miscarriage in July 2021. Been having very vivid dreams the past week, been very sleepy. Woke up from a long nap today and instantly told my husband to go buy a test. 10 mins later I was in the loo with a positive test in hand. I lost 2 babies at around 6 weeks. Went to the e.r as I was cramping to rule out another ectopic. Hcg was 1400, 5 weeks gestational sac. I'm so scared I'm gonna lose my 3rd. Anyone else have double rainbow baby? Are my hcg levels ok?
