Contractions?

I just had sex 🫣 and I wiped it’s light pink and literally i’m having so much aching lower back pain, pelvic pain, & butt cramps .. they’re literally coming & going.. been happening for a hour now 😭 it’s crippling, i even tried to walk it off but although it hurts bad I feel like contractions would hurt even worst like to the point i’m screaming. FTM & I know nothing .. so frustrating. Should I wait until Monday for my doctors appointment or see if the pain subsides within a few hours and if not ER?
