Pregnancy Carpal Tunnel

Has anyone dealt with pregnancy carpal tunnel? If so, what helped?

I'm 32 weeks and my left hand is most affected. I also have alot of swelling in my first three fingers and thumb.

I was told to sleep on the opposite side and to reduce use of that hand.. however, when I sleep on my right side, my entire body goes numb (because you're not supposed to sleep on your right side due to blood flow concerns) 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ and, I'm also left handed! Out of six pregnancies, I've never experienced this.

Help. 😅
