Period and positive test??

Question

This is taken a minute after I took the test, I’m on my “period” I had three terrible evaps on blue dyes and my boyfriend wanted me to take a pink dye just to be sure before we go to Disneyland and I get on any rides (even though I’m bleeding). The line is pink it is undoubtably positive. Should I go to the hospital? Am I having a miscarriage? I’m bleeding heavy but no clots

There’s nothing a hospital can do for you if you are miscarrying. Just go to Disneyland.

Ur 3 blues test are deffo positive the first response looks grey I would re test but by the sounds of it ur having a very early miscarriage,, I went throw one as well and by the time my bleeding was over my tests was negative im soo sorry ur going throw this hin I really am

The line looks grey on the picture, although you've said it is pink in person.
If it were grey then it would be an indent and your bleeding would be your period.
If your test line is pink in person and you're bleeding heavily then it's possible (not for certain) that you're experiencing a chemical pregnancy (a very early miscarriage). If that's the case the hospital won't be able to do anything to prevent it happening. Yes, they will be able to take bloods - but one set of numbers in isolation don't mean a whole lot unfortunately other than saying whether you are pregnant at the moment the blood was drawn.
Options - go and have your bloods taken, if they come back as positive (make sure you get a quantitative test) then go back in 72 hours (HCG doubles every 48-72 hours) and see whether they have doubled. If they have then you would need to follow up with a gynaecologist who would likely want to monitor you with further bloods and scans. If they haven't doubled or have dropped then the pregnancy isn't viable and you are having a chemical pregnancy.
Two - wait for 3 days and retest with first morning pee to see whether you have a second line and whether it's a darker pink than the one you are able to see a pink second line on. If you can, and it looks darker get in with your gynaecologist and let them know about the bleeding.
Unfortunately the only options here are to wait it out. If you are pregnant you would be too early on to see anything on a scan so the only way to see whether the pregnancy is progressing is to allow time for it to progress.
