Which machine is the best cardio?
I’m 5’2 125 pounds with a goal weight of 115
I don’t have much time to work out. I only have about 45 mins 3-4 times a week so I am trying to make the most of my short time.
Right now I do the treadmill for 15 mins, at a speed of 5.3. It’s definitely really hard for me, I’m not in great shape and have to stop around 7/8 mins and walk for a minute or two. But I am jogging the rest of the time
Then I go on the stair climber for 15 mins, and alternate between level 7-10. Also really hard for me lol
Then I repeat the treadmill. (I can’t stay on the machine too long that’s why I go back and forth.
I read the ARC and elliptical burn more calories than the stair climber and treadmill. Does anyone know if this is true? I only question it because when I go on the elliptical and the arc and I don’t even feel like I worked out. I feel like I am just casually chillin lol. When I run or do the stair master I feel like I got a really good workout in , like I really push myself. But if I can burn more on the elliptical, I’d rather just do that
