I teared myself just 1 degree and like a scab knee cut on my lower lips that wouldn’t stop bleeding so they stitch that area , it doesn’t burn when I pee and doesn’t hurt more so like it’s sore , I’m just scared to really touch myself DOWN THERE I do use the water bottle to rinse after peeing HAVEN’T POOPED YET but still have to keep the area clean .. any pointers ?? 😣😣

Don’t want to sound dirty I’m just freaked out a little being that I just gave birth last night !! Please help
