The only time I had implantation bleeding, it was heavy enough that I thought it was just a short  period. So yes! Uncommon, but possible!

I didn’t have anything I thought was a period but I had the slightest pink color on the first few days that I was supposed to have period. Hardly noticeable but freaked me out bc I was cranky and it was same days as period.
