Spd??

Question

Has anyone had Spd?? Did the pain get worse? What did the doctor tell you would help? Did any of it help? Did they deliver you wary for it? 
I have it and now I’m in extreme pain. I’m 35 weeks and can’t do anything. No matter what I do I am in pain. Heating pads don’t help. Have a support belt but doesn’t do much. Don’t like taking pain meds. Not sure what else to do.

I’m currently 38 weeks with SPD. It sucks, I’m at the point now where I can barely walk and I have constant back pain that leaves me in tears. I’m asking my midwife today if there’s anything they can do to speed the process along, I’m so ready for it to be over

I had it with my son and this time too. I’m miserable. I’m 33 weeks and have had to go on maternity much earlier than planned. Sorry but often nothing helps. The only thing that eases the pain at all is sitting on a birthing ball for me.
I will say though that it disappeared immediately when I had my son last time. Sending you lots of sympathy xx

I’ve got it, been told there’s not much they can do and I just need to chunder on with it. 
It’s definitely gotten worse since 30 weeks, I’m now 36+2 and it’s gone down to my thighs. I can’t stand how uncomfortable I am but it is how it is

Yes I had it with my last two it was horrible! I’ve heard women in this app went and saw a chiropractor and it helped. So I’ll be doing that this time too… maybe give that a go? 
It’s horrible I know! Make sure you don’t push trolleys and stuff
