Relationship with co worker

I've started this new job &' started to talk to my co worker usually I tell myself not to mix business with pleasure but we ended off so right and we"re still talking to this day but he has a baby and he told me they try working it out &' it didn't work but he still comments on her picture saying his babies and other things ..... What should I do
