My daughter will get so upset if i dont let her do something that she will start hitting herself and pulling out her hair. I've tried calming her down but she just screams in anger and runs away and literally will throw herself on the floor in another room.

I'm the oldest sibling of 8 (I'm much much older than all of my sibs) and I haven't ever experienced this with a kid before ? Usually calming them down worked -at least it worked with my siblings so I don't know what to do
