Leaking Amniotic Fluid?

I was just laying in bed it felt like all of a sudden I peed myself. I stood up and felt it trickle down my leg. When I went to the bathroom I still was leaking this fluid and had to put a pad on but it wasn't urine. Could it be Amnitoic fluid?

I'd go in or call the doctor. It could be nothing, but better safe than sorry! I took my friend in several times because she called and thought she was leaking amniotic fluid. They just have a simple test to do and if it's not then you can have the peace of mind.

You need to go in. If you are leaking fluid, it doesn't take long before infection sets in.

Does it have a smell?  I heard amniotic fluid almost smells sweet...  Theres a way.. Sit on the potty.. Do a kegel (hold your pee in) and cough forcefully.. If something comes out it could be amniotic.. If not it could just be a weakend ut system as we do get that in pregnancy...  Is there any blood or cramping?
