Hi, so I had a second early scan yesterday and they advised they could only see the gestational sac. A week prior I had a scan due to pain on my left side and they advised they couldn’t see anything but I was likely too early and to come back in a week to scan again (mostly to rule out eptopic). I’m obviously really happy it’s not eptopic and a gestational sac has developed in the right place. My hcg also double as expected. I’m just confused with dates… I had my first faint positive test on the 28th August and my period was due on the 31st. So I’m just really confused how I’m a week behind? I thought more would be developed by now. I must note before my last period I had a 60 day cycle.
