Miscarriage/Irregular Cycle

Hi everyone, I was hoping to get some personal experience from anyone thats gone through/knows abt this type of stuff

I had a miscarriage back in early/mid July. I was around 7/8 weeks at the time of the loss

Since then I have had 1 period. It happened 6 weeks after my miscarriage, was extremely watery and pink, and only lasted 4 days. For context, my cycle is extremely predictable, always 29-30 long. My period itself is at least 6 days long, up to 8, and i have a super heavy flow for the first 5 days.

I expected my first period back to be a little wonky, I have done a lot of reading and I know thats pretty normal, but I am now late again by 1 week for this period. Meaning this cycle is 5 weeks long instead of my normal 4. Is this still normal? I expected to be back in the normal swing of things by now, especially considering I wasnt very far along in my pregnancy. I am RH- if that means anything to anyone.

Would love to know if any of yall have had this experience, if this is just normal, and when I should expect my normal cycle to start up again.

Sorry for the long post. I hope yall can help me out. The fact my body is back to normal yet is just leaving me to remember the loss and pain of losing my baby
