More than friends?

Back in July I started talking to a guy that I work with he just got out of over serious relationship he pursued me and we've been talking ever since however it's gotten to where we literally talk every single day we call each other baby Babe we say I love you's.. he remembers what I like and don't like. He's paid for parts for my car not cheap ones either. He knows that I am eating healthy so we try to eat healthy together I asked about a month back like what he was looking for he said that he did not know however however like I said we talk every day we talk whenever we get off work on the phone for like an hour. We have slept together and the sex is great. And he just keeps wanting more. He makes plans for us to go and do things but because of woek and long hour days juat kinda hard. And at 1st I didn't think that he wanted people to know that we were talking but here recently like we go to lunch together in the same car and he will get in my car and he'll kiss me by or what not and he just I don't know I feel like I may be looking for more than what is there but at the same time this just feels like it is more than friends with benefits but it is just not labeled And I just kind of need advice on if this is more or if it is not
