How far along could I be?

I got a blood test done this past Friday and my hcg level was at 70. Does anyone know approximately how far along I could be right now?

HCG varies greatly. You'll want to get another draw in a couple of days to see if it doubles. HCG is effective at determining viability but not as good for dating. You'll need an early ultrasound for dating.

You can't go off that. 
My hcg was 40. Someone else same day was almost 200. Someone else was almost 300. We all did ivf and tested same amount of days after transfer.
